The cash-strapped football side Portsmouth are in talks with British tax authorities in a bid to avoid becoming the first English Premier League club to be wound up.
The 2008 FA cup champion has a multi million pound unpaid tax bill
after the club's previous owner defaulted on loan payments.
Portsmouth chief executive Peter Storrie says he's close to finding a new owner to invest in the club that is currently at the bottom of the points table.
