The world tennis number one Roger Federer has been advised by his doctor to take a break for a fortnight because of a lung infection which could keep him sidelined for up to six weeks.

Federer says he's been having trouble breathing and he's had to withdraw from this week's

Dubai Open which was going to be his first event since the Australian Open.

But he's hoping to recover in time to play in the ATP World Masters in Indian Wells starting on March the 11th.
