Aussie cricketers complete perfect summer

The Australian cricketers have completed an unbeaten summer with an 8 wicket victory over the West Indies in their second Twenty20 international at the SCG.

Opener David Warner hit the second fastest international half century off 18 balls as Australia reached their target of 139 with 8 wickets and 8.2 overs to spare.

India's Yuvraj Singh holds the record for the fastest Twenty20 half century from 12 balls against England in South Africa in 2007.

Warner was officially warned by umpire Rod Tucker for swapping his batting stance before the ball had been bowled.

The left-hander took guard as a right-hander during the sixth over in an attempt to use his skills to disrupt spin bowler Narsingh Deonarine.

The umpire said if a batsman changed his stance you have to give the opposition time to adjust their field.

the Australian Twenty20 side arrive in New Zealand today for the first match against the BlackCaps in Wellington on Friday.
