The commissioner of the Indian Premier League Lalit Modi says the cricket tournament will not be moved out of India, despite security concerns.
An independent report commissioned by the players' unions in England, Australia and South Africa says a terrorist threat is credible and that has led to talk of shifting the tournament to another country.
last year's IPL was held in South Africa.
It is likely that some foreign players will not travel to India, but Modi believes that will not affect next month's tournament....
