The American cyclist Shelly Evans has completed her domination of the New Zealand womens tour by claiming victory in the final stage, a criterium around Wellington city.
It was her fourthh stage win, with her US National team taking fve of the six 6 stages.
Evans finished ahead of team-mate Amber Neben.
