White says Southee will come under attack

Australia's cricketers have identified the young New Zealand pace bowler Tim Southee as an added threat to their hopes of victory in the one-day international series which starts in Napier tomorrow.

The 21-year-old quick held his nerve to concede 11 runs in the final over of Sunday's Twenty20 International in Christchurch, with Michael Clarke and Cameron White seemingly ready to snatch the game away from the Black Caps.

Southee says he's keen to bowl in the power-plays in the one day series as the series of perfect yorkers he bowled in his last two overs and the Super Over decider has given him a bit of confidence, but it's also a one-off and he can't rest on it.

White says the 21-year-old bowled as well as anyone could ever bowl under that sort of pressure and the Australia's batsmen need to find a way to upset his line and length.
