Experienced American joins Harbour Heat

11:25 am on 2 March 2010

The former Wollongong Hawks guard Kavossy Franklin has signed with the Harbour Heat national basketball team for the 2010 season, joining an already experienced line-up.

The 34-year-old American has joined the New Zealand Breakers players Rick Rickert and Dillon Boucher as a newcomer to a side which already has the talent of Tall Blacks Corey Webster and BJ Anthony.

Franklin will join the side on March 9, missing this weekend's season opener against the Otago Nuggets.
