The Chiefs captain Mils Muliaina says he feels rejuvenated and can't wait to get back into Super 14 rugby.
The All Black fullback was granted extra time off over the summer and missed the Chiefs unbeaten run through South Africa and Western Australia.
He's played for his club and is back training with the Chiefs this week and feels the extended break has really helped....
Muliaina is in contention for selection for the Chiefs first home match against the Queensland Reds in Hamilton on Friday... that team is named today.
