Rooney fit for Champions league match

Manchester United's in-form striker Wayne Rooney will be fit for tomorrow morning's champions league seciond leg match against AC Milan.

Rooney, who has scored 23 Premier League goals this season, was in doubt with a knee injury, but manager Sir Alex Ferguson says he will be on duty tomorrow at Old Trafford.

But United, who won the opening leg 3-2, will be without their suspended midfielder Michael Carrick and the injured Michael Owen and Ryan Giggs.
