Usain Bolt, Serena Williams win second Laureus awards

The Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt and the American tennis player Serena Williams have been named Laureus Sportsman and woman of the year, both for second time.

Bolt won three gold medals at last year's athletics world championships and set world records in the 100 and 200-meter races. Williams won two major tennis titles last year - the Australian Open and Wimbledon, and regained the world No.1 ranking.
