Aston Villa in the race for champions league spot

The English football club Aston Villa has moved into the thick of a four-way battle for fourth place in the Premier League with a 2-1 win at struggling Wigan Athletic.
James Milner, who could be part of the England World Cup squad, scored the winning goal to lift Villa to 49 points, just three behind fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur with a game in hand.
The scrap for the final Champions League place also involves Liverpool and Manchester City.
