Jane back for Hurricanes but Weepu still on the sidelines

The All Black Cory Jane is back for the Hurricanes but halfback Piri Weepu's been unable to reclaim his starting place, for Saturday night's Super 14 rugby match against the South African side the Sharks in Wellington.

Jane was knocked unconscious in the loss to the Stormers in Capetown and missed last week's match against the Bulls in Johannesburg.

He's been cleared by medical staff to return this week after testing.

His return means Andre Taylor moves from fullback to the left wing in place of Alapati Leiua, who drops out of the squad.

Weepu was dropped to the reserves for the Bulls match and replaced by Tyson Keats who's retained his starting spot.

The full team is: Andrew Hore, captain, John Schwalger, Neemia Tialata, Jeremy Thrush, Michael Paterson, Victor Vito, Karl Lowe, Rodney So'oialo, Tyson Keats, Willie Ripia, Andre Taylor, Ma'a Nonu, Conrad Smith, Tamati Ellison, Cory Jane.

Reserves: Dane Coles, Jacob Ellison, Bryn Evans, Nick Crosswell, Piri Weepu, Aaron Cruden, David Smith.
