Belgium's Justine Henin has taken took a step towards her third final since her comeback to top tennis when she beat the world number two Caroline Wozniacki 6-7 6-3 6-4 to reach the semi-finals in Miami.
The nine-times Grand Slam winner, who quit in May 2008, returned to the game in January and entered the tournament as a wildcard.
She'll now play another Belgian, Kim Clijsters, for a spot in the final.
