The All Whites player Rory Fallon has announced his retirement from football.
Fallon was in the New Zealand squad for the intercontinental play-off against Peru but didn't get on the field.
The Dorchester Town manager Steve Thompson confirmed the announcement today.
35 year old Fallon played just two games for semi-professional Dorchester and will instead now concentrate on his business.
In the last 10 years Fallon has played for 12 different British clubs.
Fallon is best remember for his goal against Bahrain in Wellington in 2009 that qualified the All Whites for the World Cup.
He never played professionally in New Zealand, and made 23 appearances for the All Whites.
Fallon's father Kevin was assistant coach when the All Whites went to the 82 World Cup.
