Taranaki's made it four in a row in the National Basketball League after defeating the Otago Nuggets 82-61 in Timaru.
The Southland Sharks won their first game at home, beating the Christchurch Cougars 85-79 at Southland Stadium in Invercargill.
Taranaki's four wins and two losses put them in third position, ahead of the likes of the Nelson Giants and the Hawkes Bay Hawks.
