The Junior Warriors players, John Palavi and Sebastine Ikahihifo, have both been suspended for six games for their involvement in a dangerous throw incident in Sunday's under-20 Toyota Cup match against Manly, in Auckland.

Manly prop Birrigan Young avoided serious neck damage from the tackle, despite being dumped on his head, but he'll be out for several months after dislocating his shoulder.

The pair faced nine-match suspensions but took the early guilty pleas and will miss six games.
