The Stormers have continued a weekend of ill-fortune for New Zealand sides in Super 14 rugby, beating the Blues 33-21 in Auckland on Saturday.
In a match played at break-neck speed the visitors led 20-7 at half-time and matched the Blues in an entertaining second half to consolidate their position in the top four.
The Blues remain in 8th spot on the competition ladder.
