New Zealand's Scott Dixon has finished second in the latest IndyCar championship race in Alabama after starting from fifth on the grid.
Brazilian driver Helio Castroneves won the race after the Australian pole sitter Will Power, who's dominated the series so far this year with two wins from two, dropped off to as low as 13th before moving back up to fourth.
After leading for 58 laps with eight to go, Marco Andretti had to pit for fuel - allowing Castroneves into the lead with Dixon close behind.
But Dixon's fuming after race officials relegated him two positions on the first lap, saying he jumped the start - a call he strongly disagrees with and that may have cost him the win.
The race marked the first time since Indy Racing League was formed in 1996 that every driver who started the race was still running at the finish.
Dixon's Target team-mate Dario Franchitti was third while he's now up to fifth after three races. Power's still top, 56 points ahead.
