Trainer Johnson robbed at gunpoint

The leading National Hunt trainer Howard Johnson had a gun put to his head as armed men burst into his home in northern England and took 100,000 pounds,

Johnson, best known for saddling Inglis Drever to win the prestigious World Hurdle three times at the Cheltenham Festival, was forced to open his safe at gunpoint.

Johnson's wife was dragged out of bed at knifepoint by a second man during the attack in Durham, on Sunday evening.

He says they couldn't act as they would have been killed so heI just kept cool.
