Tiger Woods is set to play in the second golf major of the year the U.S. Open, at Pebble Beach in June, having officially entered the event.
He finished fourth at the Masters on Monday, not having played competitively for five months, after being caught cheating on his wife.
After the Masters he said he was taking more time off and didn't know when he would be back.
But the U.S. Golf Association says it received Woods' entry Open entry yesterday.
While Woods is exempt from qualifying for the event he must still apply to play.
