The All Black head coach Graham Henry and one of his assistants have swapped roles again with Steve Hansen returning to guiding the fowards and Henry becoming the strategic and attack coach.
Wayne Smith will remain in charge of defence and help Henry with the backs.
They confirmed the switch at their first news conference of the year in Auckland and Henry says there'll be another review after the Tri-Nations
He says the latest reshuffle follows some "self-reflection" and an extensive review after last year's unbeaten European tour and has the players' support.
Hansen had previously said he'd like to return to coaching the forwards.
