New Zealand's World and Olympic shot put champion Valerie Vili has been named as one of 5 new IAAF Diamond League Ambassadors.
Vili joins 13 others who will promote the IAAF Diamond League.... a series which marks a new beginning for the sport's top one-day circuit which will go out of Europe for the first time, with competitions in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the USA.
The League starts in a month in Doha.
Other Ambassadors include Usain Bolt, Kenenisa Bekele, Tyson Gay, Yelena Isinbayeva, Asafa Powell and Blanka Vlasic.
