Black Caps coach says Jesse Ryder's playing well

The New Zealand cricket coach Mark Greatbatch says the Black Caps have come through a week of training in Brisbane in good shape and he's happy with their preparations for the Twenty20 World Cup in the West Indies.

Greatbatch says a couple of players need more time to get up to speed and will benefit from warmup games against Ireland, West Indies and Sri Lanka.

But he says others are "flying", with Jesse Ryder, who's been injured for most of the summer, playing well in inter-squad practice matches.
