Ferrari's double world motor racing champion Fernando Alonso has given an $18 million thumbs-up to future Formula One success.
Ferrari's sponsors Santander have insured the Spaniard's thumbs for that amount as part of a publicity campaign for accident and life insurance ahead of next week's Spanish Grand Prix in Barcelona.
