Lewis Moody is expected to lead the England rugby team on their tour Down Under next month with Steve Borthwick's knee injury ruling him out of the tour.
Moody took over as captain for the final match of the Six Nations when lock Borthwick was first injured, and the Leicester flanker is set to continue in the role on the five-match tour which includes two tests against Australia, and one match here against the New Zealand Maoris.
