Cooper still wants to coach All Blacks

The outgoing Hurricanes coach Colin Cooper says he still has a strong desire to coach the All Blacks.

Cooper's 8 years in charged of the Wellington-based franchise came to a disappointing and frustrating end as the Hurricanes bungled their way to a 32-16 loss at the New South Wales Waratahs.

During his reign Cooper took the team to four semi-finals and a final, but no silverware.

He's now moving back to Taranaki to coach them in the NPC, but is still hopeful of higher honours...

Cooper has also coached an All Black trial team and the Junior All Blacks.
