The All Whites have gone into their final camp in New Zealand before they head overseas to prepare for next month's World Cup.

Ricki Herbert's squad have three days in Auckland before flying to Melbourne to take on Australia in a friendly on Monday night.

Skipper Ryan Nelsen has no doubts about the players in the team and he feels most of them now have the international experience to compete with the best.

Nelsen didn't take part in last year's Confederations Cup in South Africa, but he says that will have benefitted so many of his side.
