Injuries have made All Black selection a difficult process

The All Black rugby selectors are holding further discussions today as they work towards finalising their squad for next month's tests against Ireland and Wales.

Selecting the team has become more difficult than expected, with at least 10 front-line players unavailable because of injury.

Graham Henry admits they thought they'd finalised the team, but recent injuries have thrown a spanner in the works.

Henry says he'll now meet with fellow selectors, management and some players today and on Friday, before announcing the final squad on Sunday.

He says second-five-eighth remains perhaps the most difficult selection, and they're likely to pick players based on experience in troublesome areas.
