Team New Zealand have beaten BMW Oracle by 54 seconds in their re-match at the Louis Vuitton reggata in Sardinia.
The match was a re-sail of their clash over the weekend, when Team New Zealand protested a result.
The Americans were forced to do a penalty turn which determined the result.
The race was the only one of six scheduled to be raced.
Team New Zealand, Artemis of Sweden and Synergy of Russia top the standings.
