The Los Angeles Lakers Kobe Bryant has described team-mate Derek Fisher as one of the greatest guards of all time, after the veterans stunning final quarter helped LA to a 2-1 lead over the Boston Celtics in the best of 7 NBA finals.
The Lakers won a thrilling game three in Boston 91-84, Kobe Bryant leading the scorers with 29 points.
But it was a spectacular final quarter from the 35 -year old Fisher that got them home - scoring 11 of his 16 points in the last eight minutes to crush the Celtics comeback.
Bryant says the performance was classic Derek Fisher.
Game four is tomorrow, again in Boston.
