Roulston in doubt for Tour

The New Zealand cyclist Hayden Roulton's participation in next month's Tour de France is in doubt because of injury.

Roulston pulled out of last week's Tour of Switzerland with a sore knee and while he's confident he'll be okay, his HTC Columbia team isn't so sure.

Speaking on his website Roulston says he has the attitude that he'll be in Rotterdam for the start in 10 days time, but concedes the final decision will be with his team.

Roulston scored a podium finish on a stage of last year's tour.

Two other New Zealanders Julian Dean and Greg Henderson are likely to ride the tour.
