A baseball fan trying to catch a foul ball at a Major League Baseball game in Texas, has fallen from the stadium's second tier.
He fell nine metres, landing on seats below, after he lost his balance as he leaned out to try and catch the foul ball in the game between Texas and Cleveland.
The fan was able to move his arms and legs and respond to paramedics before he was taken to hospital.
The game was stopped for 15 minutes as four people in the lower seats the man landed on were also treated.
