The Springboks will field their most experienced pair of locks in the opening Tri Nations rugby Test against the All Blacks in Auckland.
Vice-captain Victor Matfield will be joined by Bakkies Botha after coach Peter de Villiers delayed naming the team until Thursday because Botha was in doubt with a leg injury.
It'll be Matfield's 96th Test and Botha's 68th.
