The Bulldogs have posted their third consecutive National Rugby League win, beating the Melbourne Storm 20-18 at Adelaide Oval to continue their late charge up the ladder.
Imposing centre Jamal Idris scored a try and set up two more to help the Canterbury side pip Melbourne to post the Bulldogs' sixth win of the season in a nominal home game in the South Australian capital.
Canberra also snapped a four-match losing streak, upseting Manly 24-22 at Sydney's Brookvale Oval to remain within reach of the NRL's top eight.
