Fabio Capello to add another coach to England staff

The England football coach Fabio Capello says he plans to add another coach to his back-room staff following his team's woeful performance at the World Cup in South Africa.

Capello revealed the move at a meeting with the Club England board this week, when the Italian also vowed to carry out a review into England's second round exit at the tournament.

England won just one of their four World Cup matches and were embarrassed 4-1 by Germany in the last 16, but Capello has signalled his determination to learn from the experience.

With qualifying for Euro 2012 starting in September, Capello is keen to be seen to move on from the World Cup debacle, and he'll work with the Club England board to identify suitable candidates who could be fast-tracked onto his coaching staff.
