Another top British cyclist has decided not to compete in the Commonwealth Games in Delhi in October.

Road cyclist Bradley Wiggins has decided to end his season early after finishing a disappointing 24th overall in the Tour de France.

The Team SKY rider says he's been doing too much and now plans to rest and refocus for next season.

Wiggins joins fellow British cyclists Sir Chris Hoy and Victoria Pendleton in pulling out of the Commonwealth Games.

Hoy and Pendleton have both chosen to focus on the European Championships in November which now carry qualification points for the London 2012 Olympics.
