Deans still rated tops by former All Black

Despite the Wallabies' steadily growing losing streak to the All Blacks, their coach Robbie Deans remains the best coach in the world, according to the former All Blacks winger Grant Batty, and the ARU would be foolish to drop him.

Australian-based Batty says Deans shouldn't be judged on his Trans-Tasman record, especially in view of the Wallabies missing nearly half their top players all season, and they'll be without eight first choice players for this weekend's Bledisloe Cup Test in Christchurch.

Batty says the accuracy of the All Blacks' performances in the first three Tri-Nations test has been sensational.
