The former All Black great Andrew Mehrtens has signed a new contract in France at the age of 37 - a three year deal with the third division club Beziers.
Mehrtens also has the possibility of moving into Beziers coaching set-up after his contract wasn't renewed with the top 14 club Racing-Metro where he spent two seasons, following his first year in France with Toulon.
Beziers have a proud history as the winners of 11 French championships.
