The much anticipated debut of Sonny Bill Williams for the Canterbury rugby side, has been delayed for at least another week.
Williams has been left out of the Canterbury squad for Friday night's game against North Harbour in Christchurch, with a hamstring problem.
He suffered a tightening of his hamstring when he made his debut for Belfast in the Chrischurch club competition last weekend.
