Yuvraj Singh has been ruled out of India's one-day cricket international against Sri Lanka tonight after coming down with dengue fever.

The Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni confirmed Singh has Dengue but assured fans Yuvraj isn't in danger and is recovering well.

India, who lost to New Zealand by 200 runs in their first match of the tri-series in Dambulla last week, have already lost pace bowler Zaheer Khan and opening batsman Gautam Gambhir to injury.

Dhoni says concern also remain over bowlers Ashish Nehra (thigh) and Ishant Sharma, who is recuperating from a knee injury.
