The Waikato-Bay of Plenty Magic defender, Casey Williams, expects a real battle in Sydney on Monday when they face the New South Wales Swifts in the inaugural trans-Tasman netball final.
The Magic are through after beating the Adelaide Thunderbirds 51-49 in the semifinal in Hamilton on Monday night.
No New Zealand team has won across the Tasman so far and Williams - who won player of the series and was again imperious in the circle with key intercepts - says there's no doubt the final will be tougher than their one-point loss to the Swifts last week.
