The New Zealand under-19 cricket side are putting up a fight at 102 for 2 at the end of the third day of the first youth Test against England in Taunton.
The New Zealanders were all out for 234 in their first innings with the captain George Worker top scoring with 72.
Failing to avoid the follow on, with eight wickets in hand the New Zealanders can still salvage a draw, especially if the English summer weather comes through.

Worker made a credible stand of 50 in a partnership with Dean Robinson on returning to the crease as the visitors gradually built their way back into the game.
Then Robinson was caught LBW and Worker followed shortly after, caught and bowled by the bowler William Beer for 33.
A draw was looking very unlikely in the first two days as England made 512 for 8 declared with three of their batsmen making centuries, including an English record partnership of 287 between Daniel Redfern and Greg Smith.
