The Waikato rugby side has been upset again.
After being stunned by Northland first up, Waikato lost its second round national provincial game,16-14, to Tasman last night in Hamilton.
Meanwhile Southland has opened its campaign with a 18-5 win against Manawatu in Palmerston North.
