The New Zealand men's hockey team had a heart-breaking 1-0 loss to Spain in their second match at the Beijing Olympics.
In an even encounter the Black Sticks were just five seconds away from a draw when the world number four ranked side scored.
The New Zealanders sunk to the ground dispondent after what had looked to have been another good result for them.
They now have a win and a loss and play Belgium in their next match tomorrow.
