Burmester quiet ahead of 100 butterfly

5:07 pm on 14 August 2008

Swimmer Moss Burmester is taking a low key approach into his heats of the 100 butterfly tonight following his 4th placed finish in the 200 yesterday.

After that race Burmester spent the rest of the day relaxing, however he says he'll be up and ready to go tonight.

The 200 is his favoured event, however he is likely to make an impression on making the semi-finals of the shorter event.

In the pool today the Australian women's 4 by 200 freestyle relay team took 6 seconds off the world record in winning gold, while China's Zige Liu broke the world record in winning the women's 200 butterfly final.
