The Warriors have slipped to 10th in the National Rugby League competition after the St George Illawarra Dragons humbled them 34-6 in Wollongong.
The six tries to one win all but secures the Dragons a finals berth but leaves the Warriors needing to win their final two games to have a chance of making the play offs.
In yesterday's other game the Canberra Raiders beat the South Sydney Rabbitohs 40-25.
The Melbourne Storm have a chance to take the competition lead tonight when they play the Penrith Panthers in Sydney.
The Storm are currently in a three way tie at the top of the table with the Manly Sea Eagles and the Cronulla Sharks with the Roosters four points behind and in a battle with the Brisbane Broncos battling for fourth.
The Warriors final two games are against sides also battling for a top eight spot. They have a home game agaisnt the Panthers this weekend and then their final game is against the Parramatta Eels in Sydney.
