Auckland rugby player Watisoni Lotawa has been cited for allegedly striking Manawatu player Francisco Bosch with his elbow in the Air New Zealand Cup match at Eden Park on Saturday.
Lotawa was cited by Citing Commissioner Jim Meates for the incident in the 24th minute of the second half.
Lotawa will appear before the judiciary on Wednesday in Wellington.
