Marina Erakovic and her Croatian tennis partner are into the 3rd round of the women's doubles at the US tennis Open in New York with a straight sets win.
The New Zealand number one Erakovic and the veteran Jelena Kostanic-Tosic beat the Italian Maria Elena Camerin and the Argentinian Gisela Dulko 6-4 6-3.
It's the second victory in just two matches together for the Croatian-born Erakovic and Kostanic-Tosic.
In their opening round they beat second seeds Kveta Peschke of Slovakia and Australian Renee Stubbs in a close match.
That victory went some way to erasing the New Zealander's disappointment at being dumped out in the first round of the women's singles at Flushing Meadows.
The men's world numbers 2 and 3, Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic, have both also advanced today.
