Warrios coach says Hohaia would slot straight in at No1

The Warriors coach Ivan Cleary says Wade McKinnon's absence isn't really affecting preparations for their must-win match in Parramatta on Saturday night.

The fullback who returned last month after knee surgery is to appear before the NRL judiciary in Sydney tonight.

He's to answer contrary conduct charge laid after a complaint that he spat towards a touch judge during Sunday's home win over Penrith.

Cleary says the good thing is they'll know by tonight, and if McKinnon's defence that he was clearing his mouthguard isn't accepted, Lance Hohaia will go back to fullback.
