Dixon wants to win in style

9:53 am on 5 September 2008

The New Zealand motor racing driver Scott Dixon says he won't be driving conservatively in this weekend's final round of the Indy racing League.

Dixon is set to win his second title, taking a 30 point lead into the Chicago race with his nearest rival Helio Castroneves needing to win and have Dixon finish more than 7 places behind him to steal the title.

Dixon missed the title last year when leading in Chicago, but ran out of fuel on the final lap.

Although he is in a fortunate position of just having to finish in the top 8, he says they can't really change the strategy they've used all year.... which is to go out and win every race.
